If you see a design or designs you like simply click the add to cart button , when you have finished shopping click the checkout button where you can fill in your details and be directed to paypal

you do not have to have a paypal account to access paypal , most high street bank cards are accepted by paypal

 

If you are a non uk buyer please contact us prior to purchase to get an exact postage cost for your items(s) . Ticketyboo is not responsible for any import/custom duties you my incur ,please check with your countries postal system guidelines prior to purchasing

 

An order is not complete until payment has been made

 

 

If you have seen a design you like or have an idea in mind for a certain design and wish to talk to us about it initial contact can be made through the contact us page

once we have your contact details and a brief description of your idea we aim to be in touch with you within 48hrs to discuss the design .We do require  non refundable deposit  on any custom order, this is 33% of the price quoted by Ticketyboo jewellery.

we can then tell you a price and a delivery time,please be aware delivery times may take weeks at busy times of the year like Christmas ,Valentines Day and the wedding and racing season

Once your design is complete we will email photos to your email so you can see the finished result, if you are not happy with the end design you are under no obligation to buy but we will be unable to refund your deposit

if you are happy we will then invoice you for payment which will include a postage and handling charge

 

we aim to post all non custom orders within 1working day of payment being received and hopefully they should be with you within 2 to 3 working days using royal mail 1st class recorded delivery (please note the postal service may be slower at busy times of the year so please take this into account when ordering)

All postage prices shown are for recorded mail , if you require special delivery or next day delivery please enquire the price with us before checking out

 

A signature will be required on delivery of your item.If nobody is home when your order is delivered the Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you can collect your parcel in person or arrange re delivery

Any unclaimed parcels will be returned to us. If this occurs you can contact us to arrange re delivery of your purchase and we will re send your item(s).Please note this incur a second charge for repackaging and re posting. We do not refund postage or purchase price in this situation.

 

 

 

 

 

all our jewellery is designed to be costume jewellery and unless stated does not include any precious metals , most will be silverplated unless otherwise stated. If you do have an allergy to this Ticketyboo jewellery may not be for you.

A care of your jewellery card will be included in your parcel

Our jewellery is designed for adults and due to small parts and choking hazards it is not suitable for small children

Ticketyboo cannot issue  a refund on jewellery that has been worn

 

 

we pride ourselves on the care and attention we lavish on each design, in the unlikely event you encounter a problem within 28 days of your purchase and you have followed the care guide for your item then we will do everything to help, all you have to do is get in touch with us.

 

You must contact us for return number before sending an item back and we do require them to be sent back in their original gift box and via the same postal method it was sent to you and in its orginial condition. We do not refund on postal costs

for hygiene reasons we cannot refund on earrings
